Meet Patricia

I’m Patricia — a mother, DV survivor, solopreneur, and the founder of Pleasurelit®

I live a full life. I work for myself, raise children, lead, create, and provide. I know what it’s like to function well, to be capable and reliable, while the body quietly slips into autopilot. Always doing. Always holding. Always moving forward, while feeling tense, disconnected, or numbness.

I also know what it’s like to live differently.

Pleasure is no longer something I postpone, have to earn, escape into, or override in order to keep going. It has become a regulating and nourishing energy that supports how I live, love, lead, parent, and build wealth.

Pleasurelit® emerged through this shift. It is a tantric somatic embodiment approach that supports women to expand their capacity for pleasure, so they live, lead, and relate from within their body, without paying for it with burnout, disconnection, or self-betrayal.

My offers are body-led, practical, and trauma-informed, shaped by years of professional training and lived experience across somatic embodiment, nervous system regulation, breathwork, yoga, Tantra, sexuality, holistic health, and business leadership.

I’m the bestselling author of The Pleasurelit Way and show host of Pleasurelit with Patricia. My work has received multiple awards for its contribution to pleasure-embodied education. I offer this work through courses, facilitated spaces, and ongoing integration containers.

I’m not here to take you out of your life. I’m here to help you experience more of it. More pleasure, more success, and deeper connections, from within your body.
